Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct summarizes the principles and practices that define the way we do business at Greenfield Advisory and they are set out in detail in our guidelines and directives.
The rules of conduct defined in the Code of Conduct are binding on all members of the Board of Directors and all employees of Greenfield Advisory and form an integral part of their employment contract.

Team

Saumyendra Mehra I CEO

Saumyendra has the overall responsibility for formulating and implementing the firm’s strategic plans. He works with the research team in managing portfolio strategies on a discretionary as well as advisory basis. He has previously worked for RBS Dubai and Deutsche Bank India and has a wealth of experience in managing institutional clients across geographies.

Amritanshu Roy I COO

Amritanshu is responsible for structuring and actively managing sector opportunities. His focus is to identify and recommend new opportunities in portfolio management for institutional and private clients. He has previously worked for Alexandria Real Estate Equities and Ernst & Young LLP, and brings extensive experience in financial analysis and transaction practice.

Himanshu Singh

Himanshu is an equity trader with more than 8 years of experience in the financial services sector. An expert in financial asset classes like Equity & Derivatives, with extensive working knowledge on derivative strategies of Financial Products and it’s Pricing, he applies both technical & fundamental research to ensure optimal performances of the portfolio. Prior to joining the Greenfield Advisory team, Himanshu was associated with Angel Broking Pvt. Ltd, ICICI Securities and Globe Capital.

Aditya Jain

Aditya is responsible for Finance. A Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS) from India, he has previously worked for PWC & Diageo in Audit, Finance and Compliance roles. With more than 8 years of rich experience in this domain, his current role involves evaluating new investment opportunities, financial analysis of commercial data and businesses along with managing groups finances.
